What's Happening at The Perfect Plan

Greetings and Congratulations to all the newly engaged brides.  The office is buzzing, working diligently on the marketing and details for the upcoming Cape and Islands Wedding Group Bridal Event at New Seabury on February 12 from 12-4pm.  We had a great time at our booth at the Hynes Convention Center, despite the bad weather on Saturday and the big game on Sunday, we had alot of traffic to our booth and many Cape Cod brides so excited to be attending our Second annual wedding show  We still have some open dates available for the 2012 season but are booking up quickly.  Looking for some design ideas, we offer a great selection of vases, votives, and wedding decor at reasonable rental prices.  Email us if you have a theme in mind and we can let you know if we have rental inventory that fits your design.  Having trouble finding that perfect Cape Cod venue, we have some exclusive properties available to us, some of the cape's best kept secrets so contact one of our planners for information.  Expanding our services to include destination honeymoons, event concierge services, event design, candy bar tables, in addition to the full service planning and Wedding Day Coordination we offer.  We are expanding our service territory to include the Islands (Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket) Rhode Island and Connecticut.  Our team of experienced planners are devoted to our clients, polished and professional, and dedicated to exceeding our client's expectations.  I will be attending the Catersource tradeshow at the end of February to learn new tips and trends for the wedding industry and seeing David Tutera speak live, which is a really exciting endeavor.

What's Happening Now!

We hope that you all had a very happy holiday and wish you the best for the new year!  Now that the holidays are over, we are gearing up for our first wedding of the 2012 season this weekend in Connecticut.  With a fabulous new venue to work at, Kelly, my Senior Planner and I are excited to start the season in a new spot.  We are designing the centerpieces for this bride and are really looking forward to seeing the design of the reception and ceremony come to fruition.  We will be packing up the car early Friday morning and heading West!!! The rest of January will keep us busy with our new brides for 2012 and 2013 and preparations for the Cape and Islands Wedding Group's bridal show at New Seabury on February 12th. 

I am super excited to be attending The Catersource Convention in Vegas the last week of February,  hear David Tutera speak, see amazing tips and trends, and attend some industry seminars.  Looking forward to coming back full of new ideas to share with my brides and my favorite vendors.  Might even have a bit of fun while I am there!!!

July 2012 we are almost completely booked up with weddings and only have a few dates left for June. Our advice: planners and other great vendors book up quickly so it is never to early to get started in your planning.
