What are we up to!

Greetings and Congratulations to all the newly engaged Valentines Day Brides.  We are very busy at the office, just coming off a very successful bridal show and diligently working on our 2012 weddings, preparing details.  School vacation week is very busy as we have four new clients for 2013 coming into town for vendor meetings and tastings.  I will also be preparing and packing for my trip to Vegas for the Catersource convention February 26th- 29th.  I am very excited about the educational seminars I will be participating in and seeing David Tutera in person.  I am looking forward to learning more about what is up and coming in the wedding industry and bringing back even more fabulous design ideas for our brides.  My Senior Planner, Kelly will be at the helm while I am away as she is taking a more active role in the company going into our busy 2012 season.  We are busy preparing and launching our new event accent design service to include accent rental pieces including vases, signage, and other great decor to enhance your wedding themes.

Building Relationships in the Wedding Industry

Happy Super Bowl Sunday!!! Go Pats!  Apologies to any of my clients who are Giants fans!

Sitting here contemplating all the fantastic opportunities that have come our way in the past weeks and months.  It is all thanks to building relationships with great vendors and venues in the wedding industry.  We at The Perfect Plan, are in the heart of the hospitality industry and believe so strongly in what it means to be hospitable.  Hospitality is defined as " the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests and strangers, friendliness, cordiality, warmth and generosity. These are qualities we value at The Perfect Plan and qualities we value in the vendors we work with to create memorable and inviting events for our clients.
We believe in seeking out those vendors who embrace the meaning of being hospitable, that quality being a key ingredient in creating a flawless event.  We are proud to have built amazing and nurturing relationships throughout the New England wedding industry and continue to strive for excellence in hospitality with our clients and vendors alike.  When we plan your event and manage your special day, it is not only about the perfect location,  setup logistics, time lines, orchestration, and details; it is about embracing the moments with you, offering our gift of hospitality to you, your family, and your guests.  Your wedding dream, your vision, combined with our dedication, commitment to excellence, and passion for what we do  will produce a warm, embraceable, and flawless event.  The Perfect Plan, the Perfect Day!
Happy Planning!
